Are you looking for an English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL) tutor for yourself or for your child? Do you need to do any of the following?

I can help you reach your goals in a short time. My classes are tailored to meet your individual needs. My qualifications include:
*TESOL Certification (from ITTT)
* 3 years of coursework in the PhD in English & Creative Nonfiction
* Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing
* Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude
* Over 20 years’ experience teaching and tutoring in public and private schools
* Instructor of Information Literacy & Technical Writing
* Native English speaker with a passion for teaching English!
I strongly recommend that you commit to at least two lessons per week. I believe this is the minimum required for you to make notable progress in your English.
The rate for a one-hour ESL lesson is $40 per lesson.
The rate for a 1½ hour ESL lesson is $50 per lesson. (Highly recommended.)
The rate for a two-hour ESL lesson is $65 per lesson.
Discounts are available for small groups.
Our first meeting will be free. During this meeting, I will complete a comprehensive Needs Analysis to determine your strengths and weaknesses, and to find out the areas you would like to improve.
I meet my students at a local cafe or library or online by Skype or Facetime. Please email me if you are interested in improving your English.
Afterschool Tutoring
I offer tutoring in my home (K-12) that goes beyond just helping students complete homework. I tutor in the following subjects:
