TVC Writing Coach
As a published writer and professor of English and writing with an MFA, I offer my services as a writing coach for literary writing, academic writing, and for authors who write both fiction and nonfiction. With a background in editing, I also provide input on writing samples and point out areas of strengths and weaknesses for a writer to improve their craft.
I provide aspiring writers with input and support designed to close the gap between where you are as a writer and where you want to be. My philosophy is this: Writing is a practice that consists of attitudes, skills, habits of mind and knowledge, which can become second-nature by considering the elements of the practice deliberately.

Tina did the proofreading and minor editing for my capstone, and I have to say she did a great job! She was thorough, and even went above and beyond with editing some tables that I didn’t tell her too, but she did anyway which was very nice! She edited in a timely manner, which was very appreciated, and she was very patient with me and my timing in giving my capstone for her to edit.
